1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Rental Agreement Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the service.

2. Service Description

Rental Agreement Creator is an automated, self-service platform designed to generate customized residential, commercial, and agricultural rental/lease agreements based entirely on user-provided inputs. The service aims to streamline documentation but does not constitute a law firm or a substitute for professional legal counsel.

3. User Accounts & Auto-Registration

To use our services, save drafts, or download generated agreements, you must have an active user account. If you choose the Guest Checkout option during payment, an account will be automatically generated for you using the email address you provide, and the credentials will be emailed to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Business Accounts & Bulk Credits

Business Accounts are designed for high-volume users, such as property brokers and document writers. Business Accounts may purchase Bulk Credit Packs at discounted rates. The following rules apply:

• Validity: All purchased credits have lifetime validity and will not expire as long as the platform remains active.
• Usage: One credit is deducted from your balance for each agreement generation that is successfully processed.
• Refunds: All purchases of Bulk Credit Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Lifetime Savings: Promotional calculations regarding savings are based on comparison with standard single-agreement processing rates.

5. Partner Program (Referrals)

Registered users may apply to participate in our Partner Program. Partners can earn commissions by referring new users to Rental Agreement Creator via their unique partner referral link. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

• Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked using browser cookies with a 30-day attribution window. If a referred user registers a new account within 30 days of clicking your link, they are associated with your partner ID.
• Commission Structure: Partners earn ₹10 for each document successfully drafted/purchased by their referred users, plus a 10% commission on any Bulk Credit Pack purchases made by referred users.
• Payouts: Earnings accrue in your partner balance. You may request withdrawals to your registered UPI ID or Bank Account. Payout requests are verified and processed within standard processing windows.
• Fraud & Abuse: Self-referrals, spamming, search engine ads using our brand keywords, or any deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to audit accounts, withhold payout balances, and terminate partner status for any violation.

6. Legal Validity and Registration

The documents generated by Rental Agreement Creator are drafted based on standard legal formats generally acceptable in Tamil Nadu. However, they are provided for reference and convenience purposes only. To achieve full legal validity, enforceability, and compliance, it is solely the user's responsibility to print the document on appropriate e-stamp paper of correct denomination, and register the agreement at the local Sub-Registrar office as mandated by the applicable Stamp Duty and Registration Acts.

7. User Responsibilities

You assume full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you enter. Rental Agreement Creator dynamically inserts your inputs into our templates without manual verification. We shall not be held liable for any disputes, financial losses, or legal complications arising from typographical errors, incorrect information, or omissions made by the user.

8. Payment, Delivery, and Refunds

A non-refundable processing fee of ₹49 is charged per successful agreement generation (unless paid using pre-purchased bulk credits). Upon successful payment verification, the completed PDF document is instantly delivered digitally via download and saved in your account dashboard. Due to the immediate, consumable nature of digital goods, all sales are final and refunds are strictly not applicable once the PDF has been generated and delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rental Agreement Creator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our generated documents, or from any subsequent legal disputes between landlords and tenants.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform infrastructure, proprietary algorithms, source code, UI/UX design, and foundational template texts are the exclusive intellectual property of Rental Agreement Creator. The final generated agreement document, containing your specific personal details, belongs entirely to you for your personal or commercial use.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
