1. Information We Collect

When you use Rental Agreement Creator, we collect only the specific information you voluntarily provide. This includes:

• Agreement Inputs: Owner and tenant names, permanent and property addresses, contact numbers, PAN/Aadhaar identifiers, and property-specific metrics (e.g., area, rent, duration) entered during agreement drafting.
• Account Details: Email addresses and passwords collected during registration or automatically generated during Guest Checkout to create your dashboard account.
• Business Accounts: Company name, address, and GSTIN details provided by business users for invoicing and credit purchases.
• Partner Program (Referral Partners): Contact information, payment routing identifiers (such as UPI IDs or bank details including account holder name, account number, bank name, and IFSC code) provided by partners to facilitate payout requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is utilized strictly to deliver and verify our agreement services. Specifically:

• To dynamically populate agreement templates and generate secure downloadable PDF files.
• To manage your account, track purchased bulk credits, and support dashboard accessibility.
• To track and verify referral sales for members of our Partner Program.
• To process payouts to partners via secure banking or UPI transactions.

3. Data Storage & Security

We prioritize your confidentiality. All input data is encrypted and securely transmitted over SSL/TLS protocols. User credentials and password hashes are securely stored. For Partner Program members, payment details are stored in an encrypted format. Standard generated PDF files are deleted immediately after download to guarantee absolute data privacy. Minimal transaction logs (such as payment IDs and order totals) are retained for database consistency and compliance.

4. Payment Information

All financial transactions are securely handled by our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store, process, or have access to raw payment details (such as credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials). Razorpay operates under strict PCI-DSS compliance, and their independent privacy policy applies to all transaction processing.

5. Data Retention Policy

Temporary draft session data is configured to expire automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity. User account profiles, dashboards, and transaction ledger logs (including bulk credit balances) are maintained while your account remains active. We do not retain the sensitive contents (e.g., Aadhaar/PAN details) of generated agreements in our primary database after the document generation flow is complete.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform uses essential session cookies to manage your form progress across multi-step generation phases and maintain your login state. For the Partner Program, we use a tracking cookie (with a 30-day lifetime) to attribute referrals to partner accounts when a user registers via a partner referral link. We strictly prohibit third-party advertising or invasive tracking cookies on our site.
